Are we planning to have any more staff than me?

Or are we going to leave it as is?
Frankly, I don't think we need anymore staff at the moment, simply because it is easy for one person to handle a community this size, so waiting to add anyone else is probably the best route, but I wanted to get opinions from everyone else on the matter as well.

If you feel that you're able to handle it, I'm certainly willing to trust your judgment. Once we get to a size you're no longer comfortable dealing with on your own we should perhaps start thinking about it.

Agree, and then I think that it should be done by election, or appointment then election. Like you choose the people who you think would be best for said possesion and let the members vote. That way they don't have such big problem with staff

Considering you're so much more active now that you were back then, and we're still small, if you don't think you need help, then there's no point adding more staff.

Yea, since we are still small, lets keep things small. This will help us spend more time with growing.

Lynnis is doing a good job as the sole admin. Besides, we've got only a few members that he doesn't need to get more staff.

Well, that was nice to hear from someone at least.

I think it was pretty well implied in all the previous comments already, though.

I know I was trying to imply it heartily, at least.
