Ok, so I am setting a personal goal of reaching 100 registered users by Sept. at least.
So I'm looking for ways to pull in some new members, and I want some ideas from everyone here. Some new faces help with getting some of the things we are working on done, and overall is going to help the forum. We have people trickling in, and that's nice, but I think we can do better.
I know Banisher looks at people from TCG that might like to come and hang out, so that is at least one facet.
Thoughts?

more front page content would help for sure, there should be more content
I do have links to here in sigs from other sites. But, the other main forum i go to isn't a magic forum it's a videogame one so while people with an interest in one can often be interested in the other I'm not sure how well the links will work. Also it is a much broader community and I still am really only familiar with a few posters as opposed to even TCGplaer where i at least recognised most everyone on the card creation forum (that is when I still went there).
Is anyone here a member of the Wizards Magic forum?, I guess they are all under the Gleemax name now.

i really do think that more frontpage activity (like more of our wonderfully interesting articles) would be good.
i would offer my writing services, but i'm not much of an authority on magic, perse. i'm just a fantasy art junkie who enjoys playing the game XD

Whose to say that fantasy art isn't a cool article niche?

idk i guess i just don't have too many good ideas off the top of my head. i'll work on it though and maybe get back to you =)
Something like articles highlighting fantasy artists you are fond of, some examples and everything could be cool. Heck, if you picked artists from the Magic realm only, then it would be perfectly relevant to the site, and of course, would be a love for the Vorthos players.
FirePenguin, stuff like your tutorials are, with a little prepping up, no doubt article-(if not gold-)worthy. Also, THIS is where you disappeared to!
