lol my wording was never the best. What I'm trying to say is. When this comes into play you look through you library and remove a creature card from play. Then when the creature it haunts is destroyed you return that creature to play on your side of the field...
Your still losing me real real early. Specifically, talk about 'Spell-instants' coming into play. Also, define 'Spell' as your usage of the word makes me wonder if your talking about some new card type.

Search you library for a creature card with converted mana cost four or less, and remove it from the game. Then shuffle your library.
When the creature ~ haunts is put into a graveyard from play, put the removed creature into play on your side of the field.
Which doesn't work, incidentally, as once the card is haunting something, it loses track of what it removed. Also, the shuffling of the instant or sorcery card into your library seems entirely unrelated.
well I can just have a card that just has a haunt. The return card from library is the regular effect.
